We take the protection of personal data seriously and process it in line with the GDPR and applicable national law.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing is the operator named in the Imprint above.

2. Website visitors

When you visit this website, our hosting provider may process technical access data (IP address, browser, time of request) to deliver and secure the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you book a demo, the data you enter is processed via our scheduling provider (Cal.com) solely to arrange the appointment (contract initiation, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Business contact & outreach

For B2B outreach we process business contact data of practices and clinics (e.g. practice name, business email address, publicly listed contact person).

Source: publicly available business directories and the practices' own public websites/imprints.
Purpose: to inform the practice about our services and offer a non-binding demo.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in direct B2B communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), balanced against the recipient's interests.
Processors: our email-delivery provider (Smartlead) and email infrastructure providers, acting under data-processing agreements. Some processors are located outside the EU; transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention: contact data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the stated purpose, or immediately upon objection.

📌 Right to object / opt-out: You can object to receiving any further messages at any time, with effect for the future, at no cost — by replying with “unsubscribe” or writing to info@medoptia.de. We will then add you to our suppression list and not contact you again.

4. Your rights
